ソニーと京セラ、米カリフォルニア州山火事で一部の操業休止

［東京 ２４日 ロイター］ ソニー<6758.T>と京セラ<6971.T>は、米カリフォルニア州南部の山火事の影響で、サンディエゴでの操業を一部休止したことを明らかにした。

ソニーは２２日以降、米現地法人のサンディエゴ本社と、同本社付近にあるパソコン「バイオ」を生産する小規模工場の操業を停止。操業再開は、山火事の状況をみて決めるという。
京セラも、サンディエゴの半導体パッケージング工場で一部の操業を停止。現在、同工場の正確な生産削減規模を調査している。
ソニー米現地法人のサンディエゴ本社では、従業員が自宅で電話や電子メールを使って業務を行っているため、本社機能に大きな混乱はないという。
